Position Summary
90Works is hiring someone for the dual position of non-profit accountant and human resources coordinator.
This position requires the ability to work independently. Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Must have experience working with customers both internally and externally at all levels of the company. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
Duties - Prepare and analyze budgets, JEs and grant invoices. Input bills in Quickbooks and run and interpret Quickbooks reports. Review and update policies. Reconcile credit card statements. Perform internal audits, work with funders, assist with annual audit, prepare payroll JEs including accrual JEs, and prepare bank deposits. This position will prepare new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, salary changes, and position changes.
Requirements – Degreed Accountant with 4+ years’ experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles, Non-profit experience preferred. Working knowledge of Quickbooks and proficient in Excel. Working knowledge of Human Resource federal and state laws. Notary Public is a plus. CPA or candidate is a plus.

Position Summary
The primary role of all employees is to support the mission of the company and ensure successful outcomes for the customer we serve. The 90Works Healthy Families Program is a voluntary program providing services to women with high risk pregnancies.
Family Support Workers (FSW's) provide home visiting services to voluntary participants for up to 5 years following the birth of a child. To be successful in this position the employee must be able to build supportive relationships with the family to ensure Infant bonding; and Improve family functioning and child health outcomes. FSW's perform other duties as required by their
Supervisor, Program Manager, or Director of Service.
Qualifications To perform this Job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Education and/or experience: Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED with 12 months experience of direct service with families. Must have knowledge of Infant and child development. Must be able to secure Level II background clearance at the time of hire and every 5 years thereafter.
Language skills: Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with program staff, administrative staff, customers and community partners. Bilingual a plus.
Mathematical skills: Basic mathematical skills such as required for social service work.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to use information gathered by both conversation and observation to move family toward successful outcomes using a family-centered, strength-based approach. Ability to interpret and apply standard company policies.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to navigate internet based applications Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new computer skills as needed.
Physical Demands: While performing duties of this job, an individual is required to stand; walk, and sit. Must occasionally lift and or move up to 10-25 pounds.
Work Environment: Primary work environment is in the homes of customers. Must be comfortable working with diverse populations and non-traditional families and in different home environments.
Travel: Local travel related to home visiting. Travel requires use of personal vehicle. Must have dependable vehicle and carry adequate insurance coverage. Employee should check with insurance carrier to ensure adequate coverage for work-related travel. Work related travel is reimbursed at $.445 per mile.
Work Hours: Standard office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday- Friday. FSW must be able to maintain scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of families. Non-exempt employees may not work more than 40 hours in any work week without documented prior approval.
